Gallery Artmosphere provides assurance for every work of an art displayed on the site as these artworks are directly sourced from the artists and is a genuine work of the artist listed. All our works of art are sourced from authentic sources. The artworks are screened and authenticated by the gallery and experts.

For every purchase made on the site, buyer will be provided authenticity certificate However, in case of any doubt regarding authenticity raised by the buyer, the buyer will be provided authenticity certificate from artist or from nearest kin of the artist if artist is not alive.

In case of living artists, no unauthenticity claim will be entertained from any buyer once authenticity certificate is provided by artist himself.

The unauthenticity claim, if artist is not alive, has to be submitted within one months from the date of purchase.The actual buyer makes the claim [The benefit of the claim is not assignable to any other person]. If buyer convincingly proves that artwork is unauthentic to the satisfaction of Gallery Artmosphere or experts appointed by Gallery Artmosphere, the buyer will be refunded full amount including shipping charges, provided the buyer returns the artwork in original state, as it was delivered to him/her.
